VESSEL

Unlike the traditional production of mouth-blown glass shapes, in the manufacturing of the glass objects Vessel the tool is not operating externally on the form, but it forms itself in the inside of the glass bubble. The opening becomes the base and inversion becomes the interior of the vessel. The transition from external to internal form and the enclosure of the tool by the inflation of the glass form is getting visible in this objects. Under the pressure of the air in the production process the transition bulges highly. At the same time the glass objects are reflecting the contrast and contradiction between the exterior and the interior of a body: a clash between two pretended contradictory forms as on one solid and geometrical shape on the other side.
